As the tour grinds to an end it's time to reflect.
Last night we had our gift swap and shared a few thoughts about our personal highlights of the tour. These included;
Bears, whales, helicopter ride, Glacier Bay, Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, Crabapple Hill Design Studio, husky sled ride, Buchart Gardens, folding the quilts at Sisters, eagles, etc, etc, etc.
In fact, we decided that like a good holiday should, every day just seemed better than the day before.
Yes, when we return home we will bore you rigid with photos and stories. You will need to put a glazed grin on your face and nod your head occasionally. Humour us, we've done it all!!

Thank you Lesley for taking us 'hommies' (us at home) on the tour with you, I've thoroughly enjoyed following your travels. I'm looking forward to possibly participating sometime in the future. Yup ... I wanna go too!!!

ReplyDeleteI have been in AK since the 22nd and not been near a computer. We had a great shopping day and all the girls were very happy with their purchases. I managed to find my motivation, came free with a rather large purchase of fabric at the Trelise Cooper shop. There certainly is alot more choice in AK. Thank you Lesley for your time and effort.
